    Andrew is an Executive Search Professional specializing in retained Energy Transition, Industrials, & Climate Technology searches. ​

    He has placed key investors at funds like Quantum Capital Group and Energy Impact Partners. He has also placed key executives at portfolio companies of BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, Neos Partners, Platinum Equity, Breakthrough Energy, Khosla Ventures, and Energy Impact Partners.​

    His experience spans throughout energy, power generation, data centers, industrials & industrial technology, HVAC, renewables, CCUS, waste-to-value, and AI/ML technologies . ​

    Andrew is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall college, where he was captain of the lacrosse team. He enjoys traveling with his wife, lifting weights, and training for athletic events, such as distance runs or the Ironman 70.3

    Haley is an impact-oriented Executive Search professional, strategist, and coach. She’s spent her search career specializing in retained Energy Transition, Industrials, & Climate Technology searches. She brings a demonstrated track record of success across investment management, search, and consulting. ​

    Haley began her career as the lead analyst for 12 endowments & foundations ($50M - $1B in AUM) at Cambridge Associates before working as an analyst at University System of Maryland Foundation, focusing heavily on private investments. ​

    At Hobbs & Towne Inc., she worked across both search & advisory, placing TRC’s Chief Growth Officer, Power and partnering with innovative founders and executive leadership at Logical Buildings and Airflow.Aero for capital raise and M&A advisory.​

    As a senior consultant at Slalom, Haley drove high-impact growth and transformation initiatives across sectors, including technology, transit, manufacturing/CPG, and financial services. Her cross-functional lens and focus on scalable value creation made her a trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating complexity and growth. Her experience spans strategic planning, customer strategy, and operating model design—including crafting a 3-year strategy for a top 20 Fortune 500 data center leader and designing high-impact offsites to align executive team around transformational growth priorities. ​

    Haley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Richmond, competing as a three-season Division-1 XC and Track athlete. She is a yoga & meditation teacher and holistic wellness/life coach in her free time, enjoys traveling with her husband and chasing her niece and nephew around the beach.

    Jessica graduated from the University of Delaware and has spent the entirety of her career in search focused in the climate technology, sustainability, industrial and energy transition sector. She has placed key executives across all organizational functions for portfolio companies of Oaktree Capital, Neos Partners, Energy Impact Partners, G2 Venture Partners, DCVC, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures.  ​

    She's spent nearly a decade working across building automation & controls, batteries, artificial intelligence, solar, energy storage, electrification, manufacturing, and services.​

    Beyond search, Jessica is a mom to her daughter and she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family going on walks, playing games, and making art projects. She’s also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

    Throughout her career, Megan has partnered closely with recruiters and clients to deliver top-tier talent across functions, contributing to the growth of mission-driven organizations backed by leading investors in the sustainability and innovation space.​

    Megan studied Vocal Performance & Broadcast Journalism at Brigham Young University-Idaho. Outside of work, Megan enjoys making espresso at home, spending time with her two cats, and enjoying new, local restaurants—always on the lookout for great coffee shops and warm weather by the beach.
