    His experience spans throughout energy, power generation, data centers, industrials & industrial technology, HVAC, renewables, CCUS, waste-to-value, and AI/ML technologies. ​

    Andrew is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall college, where he was captain of the lacrosse team. He enjoys traveling with his wife, lifting weights, and training for athletic events, such as distance runs or the Ironman 70.3

    Haley has placed key executive and board leaders for companies including Forgent Power and TRC Companies. Her multidisciplinary experience across investment management, executive search, and business advisory enables her to serve as a high-impact partner to companies navigating growth and change, aligning critical talent with innovative, high-growth companies.​

    Haley began her career in institutional investing for Endowments & Foundations at Cambridge Associates and University System of Maryland Foundation, where she progressively focused within private markets. She later joined Hobbs & Towne Inc., working across search and advisory practices. As a consultant with Slalom, Haley led growth-oriented strategic planning, customer experience, and transformation initiatives across sectors—from designing a 3-year strategy for a Fortune 500 data center leader to facilitating executive alignment around strategic growth priorities. ​

     Haley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Richmond, competing as a three-season Division-1 XC and Track athlete. She is a yoga & meditation teacher and holistic wellness/life coach in her free time, enjoys traveling with her husband & loved ones.​

    Patrick is an Executive Search Professional specializing in retained searches across the Energy Transition, Industrials, and Climate Technology sectors.

    He leverages his hands-on supply chain and manufacturing experiences in his search work across functions within the category. Patrick began his career in Sanofi’s ITS Department as an MES Developer, where he focused on digitizing batch records and logbooks to improve the precision, traceability, and regulatory compliance of vaccine manufacturing. He collaborated closely on the modeling and maintenance of electronic batch records to enhance MES efficiency and data accuracy.

    Patrick holds a degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University, where he completed internships with Comcast and IBM, and was an active member of the Supply Chain Honors Society. During his time at Penn State, Patrick participated as a dancer in THON — the largest student run philanthropy in the world.

    Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and staying active. He spends his summers golfing and plays basketball and pickleball throughout the year. He is also an avid supporter of Penn State football.

    Jessica graduated from the University of Delaware and has spent the entirety of her career in search focused in the climate technology, sustainability, industrial and energy transition sector. She has placed key executives across all organizational functions for portfolio companies of Oaktree Capital, Neos Partners, Energy Impact Partners, G2 Venture Partners, DCVC, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures.  ​

    She's spent nearly a decade working across building automation & controls, batteries, artificial intelligence, solar, energy storage, electrification, manufacturing, and services.​

    Beyond search, Jessica is a mom to her daughter and she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family going on walks, playing games, and making art projects. She’s also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
